Corporate fun - I recently had the pleasure of creating dinner invitations for a boutique law firm. My brief was to create something corporate, fun and a little different. My client was very happy with how these turned out and I was too! 

Winter already! Hello everyone, I can't believe winter is here already. We're keeping warm and making lots of soups - yummo - next year we're hoping that we have a log fire in place.  

Anyway, back to all things crafty - I have been a busy bee of late, lots of custom invitations which I just love love love doing, and I'm feeling very versatile at the moment having completed a birth announcement, two thirtieth birthday invitations and a corporate dinner invitation! Mother's Day - is just around the corner! I'm fairly excited this year as this will be my first very own Mother's Day.  I wonder what my 8.5 month old has in store for me - maybe he'll serve me breakfast in bed, then run me a nice hot bath and then, while I'm relaxing in the bath, he'll pull himself up to the kitchen sink and do the dishes... anyway back to reality and my homemade Mother's Day cards - starting at only $1.00! 

Some quiet time - I've been quiet on the social media front, sorry about that!  I have been working on new products though and I have a few pictures to show you all.  Mother's Day is just around the corner and nothing says I love you better than a homemade card for your mum (okay so you didn't make it yourself, but it's still homemade)!!!

A hoot of a time - I can't get enough of these owl embellishments and the colour combinations for the kids's invitations really are endless. Here's a couple I've created so far, but I'm sure you'll see more of these cute little winged creatures!

Snips and snails and puppy dog tails - that's what little boys are made of... hmm, very cute nursery rhyme but difficult to theme products!  Got me thinking what else little boys are made of... robots, pirates, dinosaurs, superheroes all come to mind so I've started working on the products. I hope you enjoy and there will be more to come!

Let's here it for the boys - I've been working on a few designs for little boys of late.  I'm enjoying it very much as I'm thinking ahead for my own little boy's 1st birthday (in July).

Bright and fun - kids fill in style invitations! $17.95 for pack of 8. I love working on kids invitations - I love all things bright and fun so I try to bring that feel to all of my kids products. The fill in style is so easy for busy mums and dads - just fill them out and post them! 

Wedding Stationery - just wanted to share this beautiful idea from a wedding at the weekend. Not only was I bridesmaid to one of my dearest friends, I had the pleasure of working on the wedding stationery too. The "love is..." cards were placed at every table setting at the reception and guests had lots of fun writing what "love is..." to them.  A selection were read out by the MC during the evening and the room was filled with oohs and ahhs and lots of laughter! 

Technically challenged - new to the world of blogging, I wonder if this will be a successful tool for my business or leave me feeling useless and frustrated at my low level technical skills. I guess there is only one way to find out - give it a go!
